Tanya Elsegood RECEPTION, FRONT OF HOUSE

Tanya has worked for Applause since it was established and is the front of house veteran for the Birkenshaw classes and a range of shows including Les Miserable, Disco Inferno, Honk and High School Musical.

Her bubbly and carefree nature belies a focus, drive and ability to organise the more creative elements of Applause.  In short she is the proverbial cog in the Applause wheel, applying her many talents to working tirelessly behind the scenes; making cups of tea, organising ticket sales, advertising executive, surrogate mum and generally ensuring that things run as smoothly as possible.

As organised as she is, Tanya has not been averse to walking the boards herself and it is a little known secret that, when she was much younger, she has appeared in pantomimes such as Cinderella and Snow White – taking the lead in both.  Thankfully neither role required her to dance, as her dances steps and timing are legendary – on the comedy circuit.
