Rachael Shaw CHOREOGRAPHER-Performing Arts

Rachael has been involved in performing arts for 24 years and loves the theatre. She took her first steps into "the biz" at Scala Kids performing arts school in1986, joining the Bradford Youth Players in 1995. In 2002 she became one of their choreographers.

While Rachael loves tap, modern and contempary dance, she is also an accomplished actress and singer. She has played leading roles in Bugsy Malone, Fame, Slice of Saturday Night, The Tempest, Macbeth, Joseph & His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Grease . . . . . Too many to mention!

Working in the youth sector Rachael has choreographed; Hairspray, High School Musical, The Peace Child, Joseph, Annie Jr, Hoodwinked, Les Miserable - school edition, The Little Shop of Horrors  and most recently Billy Elliot The Musical. She is looking forward to our next production of Pirates of Penzanc Jr at Batley Town Hall in May 2011
