Leah Belcher CHOREOGRAPHER Disney Dazzlers, Kool Kidz, Street, Performing Arts 

Leah has had a passion for performing arts and musical theatre from the early age of 8!

She started her training at Footsteps Theatre School, where she took part in various performances at the Alhambra Theatre and Winter Gardens.

Staying at Footsteps till she was 16, Leah then went on to do her BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts at Bradford College. Here she qualified with grades of Distinction & Merit. While at Bradford College she started to teach Street, Jazz, Contemporary and Musical Theatre classes at Future Stars (Brighouse). Leah choreographed material for 9 shows and her students have performed at Menwith Hill, the Great Yorkshire Show, Harrogate Theatre and the Royal Hall.

Now working for Applause, she is really looking forward to starting the Musical Theatre class very soon.

Another interesting fact about Leah is that her grandfather was the famous actor Joe Belcher!
